Remedy No. 1

What you’ll need:
  • Your favorite toothpaste
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide
  • Half a teaspoon of water.
 Mix these together and apply to your teeth with a standard toothbrush. Brush as normal. Use this remedy once a week until you reach your desired results. Once you have achieved sparkling teeth, try to limit yourself to using this remedy just once a month.

  The warmer months are the time to swap winter boots and heavy socks for strappy sandals and let your feet get some air. But with that freedom comes a new set of concerns to keep in mind. Before you step out, make sure you’re covering the basics of keeping feet healthy all summer long:

Slather on the SPF

 You know you should protect your face, arms and legs with sunscreen, but it can be easy to forget about your extremities. Your hands and feet are just as vulnerable to sun damage as the rest of your body, and a painful sunburn on your feet can make wearing shoes uncomfortable. When applying sunscreen, pay special attention to the tops of your feet, and be sure to re-apply as needed (every two hours, or more if your feet get wet or very sweaty).

Wash Your Feet Regularly

 This may seem obvious, but keeping your feet clean in the summer is extremely important, particularly if you spend time outdoors barefoot or in thin-soled sandals.
To protect yourself, remove your sandals before you enter your home and promptly wash your feet with warm water and soap every day.

Don’t Wear Flip Flops All the Time

 They’re easy, comfortable and fun, but besides making it easy for you to pick up germs, flip-flops can do a number on your posture and lead to orthopedic problems.

Exfoliate before you tan

 A beautiful and durable bronze occurs when the skin is well exfoliated. Layers of dead tissue may affect later bronze if is not eliminated.
It is important to carefully exfoliate the skin in a gentle way, paying extra attention to areas with thicker skin: elbows and knees.Once you exfoliate your skin, it is important to properly protect with moisturizer and tanning lotion.

                                         

Tanning Lotion

Regardless of skin tone, ultraviolet radiation can harm the skin. Even if you want a quick tan, it is important to use a sunscreen lotion with an SPF of at least 15. If you do not protect your skin, the risk of burns is great and even if you get the tan that you want, it will last less because the burnt skin is peeling quickly. If you swim either in the pool or in the sea, it is important to reapply the lotion on all sun-exposed skin areas.


Position

 Long exposure of skin to direct sunlight is not recommended even for healthy skin, not even for a good tanned skin. If you want an uniform tan, turn back on the belly or back within 30 minutes while sitting in the sun. Some women prefer a topless tan, but remember that nipples are the most susceptible to sunburn as the rest of your skin.

After shower it is important to apply a moisturizing lotion possibly one created specifically for times after the beach, which helps the skin retain moisture. Thus, your skin will be ready the next day to continue to tan quickly and efficiently.

Nutrition

 First drink plenty of water, water provides the best skin moisturizers.
Vitamins B1 and B2 which are found in meat, vegetables and dairy which favorize the release of melanin in the body. Eat vegetables such as spinach or lettuce, green or white tea and eat carrots daily.
Vitamin E is found in nuts, olive oil, soy and egg yolk. As for chocolate,do not avoid, because it accelerates tan (of course, we should not exaggerate with doses).

  For those quiet days when you want a messy ponytail, when you're going to stay close to home, do some shopping, spend the morning on the playground or go to the gym, here's how you can get a natural look easily. Remember, always use sunscreen lotion and moisturizer.

Step 1 Concealer ( 15 seconds)
 Apply the cream concealer on blemishes and under eye area. Use fingers, their warmth helps the concealer "melt" in the skin.

 Step 2 Color ( 5 seconds) 
 Uses a little bit of a gel or liquid blush and smooth it with your fingers until the edges disappear. Or, for a tanned skin, apply a little bit of bronzer on cheekbones and temples, up above the arches.


Step 3 Hair ( 10 seconds)
 Gather your hair back and catch it with an elastic band wrapped in fabric. If you want, separate a section of the ponytail, wrap it around the elastic to cover it and get it in under the tail with a hair clip.

You need a tomato pulp and a tablespoon of sugar. Apply the mask on the skin using a circular motion. Leave the mask for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.



Argil mask

A argil mask is a great way to absorb excess sebum from the face, but the clay dries and pimples and soothes insect bite.


Mask with lemon and egg

Cut a lemon in half, remove the flesh from one half enough to fit inside an egg yolk and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Apply mask to clean and dry the skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave the mask for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
